ColumbiaCare Services is looking to add a LCSW to provide clinical services for Veterans and Medicare clients affected by or living with mental illness and/or complex PTSD at our Central Clinic in Medford. This position works as a member of an internal interdisciplinary team and could also provide consultation with and referral to external resources, including PCP’s, community partners, and natural social supports as necessary to promote wellness and recovery for clients.
